I'm Daniel. AJA Digital is mostly me, writing software for the things I keep coming back to: games, movement, and music. A few apps are out there; a few more are on the way. Nothing here is trying to be a unicorn. These are small, useful objects, made carefully.

Three typefaces I love this month

• Space Grotesk: the new headlines. Geometric, but a little wonky in all the right places.
• JetBrains Mono: this very terminal. Code you actually want to read.
• Inter: the quiet workhorse doing everything in between.

RIP Fraunces, you served well.

What I'm reading

The Mezzanine by Nicholson Baker. A whole novel about an escalator ride, with footnotes about shoelaces. Recommended.
